Nestled in a lush ravine, this hidden gem offers an incredible spa experience and stunning gardens perfect for unwinding. The highlight was certainly the delicious dinner, showcasing beautifully prepared dishes. The staff were attentive yet unobtrusive, enhancing the stay with their warm hospitality. However, the access via the suspension bridge could be improved for convenience, and the lack of a generator during load shedding was a minor inconvenience.

The welcome from Andrew set a warm tone, but the real highlight was the exquisite dinner served to us. The nature pool area felt like a magical escape, where I truly relaxed. The lush garden views provided a perfect backdrop for our morning coffee, enhancing our enjoyment. The croissants at breakfast were a delightful surprise, flaky and fresh.

While we experienced a small check-in glitch, the staff promptly handled it.

Camps Bay Retreat is a gem! nestled in a ravine with lush gardens, it’s perfect for winding down after a busy day. the nature pool and spa experience were incredible, especially the new spa pods. dinner was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, thanks to the amazing service from the staff, particularly Itayi who resolved any issues with care. enjoying a sunset with a glass of wine in hand was the cherry on top!

Recommend trying the restaurant for dinner, as their dishes were well-prepared despite some prior reviews.

We found service slow during one of our dining experiences. It took a long time to receive our drinks, and the food came out cold, which was disappointing.
